About this survey

Most risk surveys are completed by the CXO suite and reflect leadership's view of the organisation.

The HRM Practitioners’ Insider Risk Survey - Employee Edition is the first ground-level organizational employee risk identification tool designed to be completed by employees at any level, in any industry, at any organisation. It asks what only employees can truly answer: what is it actually like to work here? What are your experiences of ethics at the workplace?

This survey captures the reality on the ground. When responses are aggregated across employees of the same organisation, they generate a Risk Score that reveals what the organisation's own data may be hiding.

Respondent Consent & Data Use Declaration

By voluntarily responding to this anonymous survey, I consent to HRM Practitioners aggregating my responses with those of other employees from my organisation to generate an anonymised Organisational Insider Risk Score. No individual response is ever identified or attributed. De-identified, aggregated data may be used to produce industry research, sector benchmarks, and published reports such as the India Insider Risk Index, and to refine survey design, scoring methodology, and advisory services including the Disclose without Fear portal. Individual response data will be stored in encrypted, anonymised form, permanently deleted after 24 months, and will not be sold, licensed, or shared with any third party, including my employer.

I confirm that my responses reflect my honest personal experience and observation, that I have not been directed, coerced, or incentivised to respond in any particular way, and that I will not deliberately submit false, misleading, or malicious information to misrepresent an organisation's risk profile or manipulate any scoring output. I accept that HRM Practitioners bears no responsibility for inaccuracies in risk outputs arising from responses I have provided.
